Dealers Room Purchase
Thank you for your interest in the CONduit 23: Dark Guilds of CONduit Dealers Room!
The Dealers Room will open to the public beginning at noon on Friday and close 4 pm on Sunday.
A hard copy of the contract can be printed using the link below and returned with payment to the address shown in the contract.
DEALERS' ROOM INFORMATION:
The Dealers' Room for CONduit 23 will be at the Salt Lake City Downtown Radisson, 215 W South Temple Salt Lake City Utah, May 24-26, 2013.
Each booth space is at least 6 feet by 6 feet and includes the following:
One (1) 6' Table
Two (2) chairs
Dealer space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to accommodate your location preference; however, it may be necessary to relocate dealers and we reserve the right to do so within reason.
Each booth space is $65.00. Each includes 2 Dealers' badges. Requests for additional space will be honored on a first come first served basis. The cost for each additional space is $65.00 and includes two additional Dealers room badges
Each Additional Dealers badge is $25.00 until 5/1/13 when the price rises to $35.00. Additional Badges can be ordered at time of registration, or through the dealer liaison.
Special Requests will be worked on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests may require additional cost, which will be presented to the dealer to either agree or decline, prior to
processing the request.

All registrations made by check/money order may take up to fifteen (15) days to complete. An email notification will be sent out once the registration has been processed.
Due to the brief time period available for dealer registration, no refunds will be given. However, CONduit will keep a wait list of Dealers who wish to attend, and if possible coordinate the resell of the booth space. If the refunding party locates another dealer to purchase the booth space, a contract with the new business must be signed and mailed by certified mail to the dealer liaison no later than FIVE (5) business days after the change.
CONduit will continue its tradition of providing as secure a Dealers' Room as possible, however the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. The exhibitor will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CONduit as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
DEALERS' ROOM SETUP TIMES AND OPERATION TIMES:
Conduit will provide dealers with a map of the dealer room. All booth spaces will be labeled, and all tables and chairs will be placed in the booth space of each dealer. Dealers are responsible for arrangement of tables and chairs.
Exhibitors must man their booths at all show hours, we will not responsible for stolen items.

All personal company items, equipment, etc., must be removed from the Dealers' Room by 5:30 pm on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Your assigned area must in condition to be returned to hotel control.
Selling any merchandise outside the Dealers room is prohibited. Merchandise may only be sold by a registered dealer in the Dealers' Room. Any person or persons found selling merchandise outside the dealers' room will be asked to leave the convention. A special dispensation may be requested before the convention for dealers wishing to sell items for specific events outside of normal dealers' room hours and location
Items of an Adult or pornographic nature (including but not limited to ("Hentai","Ecchi","Yaoi,""Yuri")are prohibited from being sold. Any dealers found with such items will receive a warning; further infractions can result in removal from the Dealers' room without compensation.
Sales of swords, knives, and other "real steel" bladed weapons are restricted to those 18 and older. A photo ID is the only acceptable means of determining a person's age. Violation of this section of the weapons policy is grounds for immediate removal from the Dealers Room; no refund of any kind will be issued
Plastic and non-metal weapons while not restricted should follow the same post sell rules as "real" weapons.
Dealers must package any weapon purchased at the time of sale. It is the dealer's responsibility to inform the purchaser that the weapon may not be removed from the bag / box in the Dealer's Room. If the weapon is to be worn, the dealer is responsible to inform the purchaser that the item needs to be peace-bonded at the Security desk.
Food/ Beverage Policy
Sales of food and drink are prohibited by hotel contract. However, imported candies and sealed candy bars are allowed to be sold. If a dealer chooses to sell approved food items they are required to inform the buyer that food is not allowed to be consumed in the convention rooms.
